We are S.C.A.L.E.
SCALE matches talented high school students with local small businesses to solve problems and identify opportunities to help them grow. SCALE was founded in 2019 by Sam Kaplan, Felipe Izurieta, and Kaye Stevenson students at Chatham High School. The vision for SCALE is to support local economies around the world, powered by the students who live there.
The Chatham NJ SCALE program is supported by the CHS Future Business Leaders of America, and Chatham Borough Mayor Thad Kobylarz.
SCALE is a free service, offered to select businesses. If you would like to be considered for SCALE, please contact us.
